Cancellation Policy

Cancelled Events: In the event of a cancellation by Branding by Zaria, no action is required from you, and there's no need to reach out to us. You'll receive a notification of the cancellation from Branding by Zaria. You'll have the option to transfer to another event or receive a refund. Refunds will be automatically issued to the original payment card. Refunds should be processed within 7-10 business days once the administration has been informed. Postponed or Rescheduled Events: If an event is postponed or rescheduled, please reach out to us for further instructions. You'll be promptly notified of the new event details once administration is updated. Unless specified otherwise, your tickets will remain valid for the rescheduled date. If you're unable to attend the new date, you can opt to transfer your ticket to a future event you can attend. Non-Attendance: No refunds will be provided for unnotified non-attendance. Late or Missed Payments: Any missed or late payments will incur a £20 administrative fee. Statutory Right To Cancel: Tickets cannot be cancelled, exchanged, or refunded after purchase, except as outlined in the cancelled or postponed events section or by mutual consent. Branding by Zaria is not liable for any costs related to travel or accommodation in case of cancellation by either party. Travel and accommodation arrangements are subject to the terms of the respective companies. Substitution: Branding by Zaria reserves the right to substitute the advertised course or event. Participants are advised to purchase flexible, refundable tickets and obtain trip insurance to cover unforeseen circumstances where applicable.
